Monitoring the effect of fatigue on the quality of selected physical exercises through 3D kinematic analysis.
Smetana, Matěj ; Bedáňová, Kamila (referee) ; Adamík, Richard (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on determining the effect of fatigue on physical activity, for this purpose, kinematic analysis was used. The measured exercise was a front squat, in which two measurements were made, one without the effect of fatigue and the other with the effect of fatigue. The two measurements were compared.
Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with Diagnosis of external ankle fracture
Tůma, Filip ; Neuwirthová, Svatava (advisor) ; El Ali, Zaher (referee)
Author: Filip Tůma Supervisor: Mgr. Svatava Neuwirthová Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with a diagnosis of external ankle fracture Objectives: The main aim is to develop a case report of a patient after an external ankle fracture. Furthermore, I will try to introduce the problem of ankle fractures, examination methods, possibilities of influencing the fractures with physiotherapeutic methods, to prove the effect of the used methods and to improve the functional status of the patient. Methods: The theoretical part is written with the help of Czech and foreign literature and is intended to describe the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the ankle and foot, the stereotype of walking, the diagnosis, classification, healing and treatment of ankle fractures, examination methods and techniques used to influence the condition of patients after ankle fractures. In the practical part, a case report of a patient after an external ankle fracture is developed. Her treatment was performed during a continuous professional practice at the Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu from January 9, 2023 to February 3, 2023 under the supervision of PhDr. Zaher El Ali. Results: It was possible to develop the theoretical part and thus introduce the theoretical background. The case report was...

Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after fracture of distal right tibia and distal right radius
Mortreux, Maxence ; Satrapová, Lenka (advisor) ; Vomáčková, Helena (referee)
1 Abstract Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after fracture of distal right tibia and distal right radius Thesis aim: The aim of this thesis is to initially get an overview of all the parameters that act or are related to the present patient's problem. A review of anatomy, kinesiology, physiology and biomechanics to assess, understand the problem and provide the adapted rehabilitation program. Practically, the aim of the thesis is to show the relation with the theoretical knowledge and the application of the range of physiotherapeutic treatment learnt during the three years of studies. The practical part show the ability to identify the restricted components, to apply the needed treatment and assess the progress of the therapy applied. Clinical findings: This study deal with a 17 years old patient with the diagnosis of fracture of the distal right radius and distal right tibia. The assessement reveal restriction of the mobility and joint play at ankle joint. The ankle joint is painful only during pressure in flexion direction. Any pathological parameter has been found, express and felt, the right wrist is healthy and shows the same normal physiological parameters as his left wrist. Methods: All the used procedures were based on the literature given thought by Charles University...

Technical and practical characteristics of peroneal AFO braces
Nováková, Kateřina ; Černý, Pavel (advisor) ; Drnková, Jana (referee)
Title: Technical and practical characteristics of peroneal AFO braces. Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to gain theoretical knowledge about the peroneal AFO braces and to monitor the range of products on Czech as well as foreign market, which can help the patients after stroke and peripheral paresis of nervous peroneus make their lives easier. Methods: I used the method of systematic research in my thesis. I based my thesis on available Czech and foreign literature, electronic resources and materials obtained in prosthetic companies, mostly in the form of personal consultations. Results: The thesis provides a comprehensive overview of peroneal AFO braces and selected diseases which have permanent consequences for patients, in the form of lower limb paralysis. The thesis deals with the difficult problem of choosing specific types of braces for given diagnoses, especially according to materials and used components. The thesis can be beneficial both for students majoring in Orthotist-Prosthetist and for all specialists engaged in resolving foot-drop consequences. Keywords: ankle, foot-drop, stroke, nervous peroneus, orthotics, peroneal brace
